Okay so the positive first. Super cute, 100% giving Barbie vibes!! The fit was great overall, the pants are just a tad too long, but I honestly don’t mind, the fabric is really soft and the design is beautiful. However, in order to get that great fit, I did had to size up. I’m usually a small (top and bottom) or depending on the brand and fabric small and medium (top and bottom, respectively), but on my first order I did small top, medium bottom in accordance to the size chart and it was pretty difficult to put it on. Like, “stitches snapping as I put it on” kinda difficult, and the shorts rolled up a little, because my thighs are a little thicker. So for this order I got the medium top but kept the pans medium because the length kinda eliminated the possibility for them rolling up at the bottom. The minor issue with sizing up in the bra was just an ever so slight decrease in support on the chest but honestly it’s not a problem for pilates workouts at least, they just move a little bit more, but it’s not like it feels as though something’s going to slip out. HOWEVER, I was absolutely shocked to notice that the pants are VERY see through. That hadn’t happened on any of my previous orders, even for the latina girlies like myself, who tend to be wider and thicker around the hips and thighs (respectively). Maybe it’s worth noting that previous orders were shorts vs these long pants. I guess i’ll have to use them with one of those seamless shorts for under dresses or what not. But it’s not something that has happened with ANY of my other short sets so I’ll just steer clear of long pants😅
I absolutely adore these pants, and the top to match!! I ordered the large for the pants, and a medium in the top at 5’9”, 160 lbs. Both pieces fit beautifully, and I have received a BUNCH of compliments every time I’ve worn them! These were my first pieces with the brand and definitely won’t be my last! SilverWind is my new favorite, sustainable, ethically sourced brand! 🩷🩷
Suits kike a second skin, once you wear it, you won't take off anymore. Very beautiful and soft, a stylish It-Piece!
