Exchanges & Returns
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase*.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
- Swimwear product can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed.
* No items which have make-up marks (includes any tanning marks), damaged, or in an unsuitable condition will be accepted for exchange or return.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Please email hello@mysilverwind.com to inform us of what items you would like to return. We have two return addresses currently ( in US and China ). We will then provide you with the details of where to send your returns to.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund within 7 days upon receiving the items.
- Please note that all returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting us at hello@mysilverwind.com. Returns sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
- Please check your size carefully and accurately before buying or you could send us an email (hello@mysilverwind.com) and we will recommend you the right size. If you choose the wrong size, we can offer a free exchange. However, we don't have a shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please return the items through your local post with the lowest cost available, but we would recommend a trackable shipping service, so we could track the package accordingly.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can request a cancellation before the item is shipped. Standard processing time may take 1 to 3 business days before shipment. If you wish to cancel your order within this processing timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. An order cannot be cancelled AFTER it has shipped.
SHIPPING NOTICE FOR CERTAIN COUNTRIES
- For orders shipped to some regions, including Eastern Europe, South America, the Middle East, parts of Africa, and small island nations, local couriers may require package pick-up at a designated location.
- If a package is returned or destroyed due to customer-related reasons (such as incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal of delivery), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee and return processing, which is 50% of the total order value.
- As a small business, we rely on every order to continue operating and providing high-quality products. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us minimize losses from unavoidable delivery issues.
