Exchanges & Returns

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase*.
  2. Original tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
  4. Swimwear product can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed.

* No items which have make-up marks (includes any tanning marks), damaged, or in an unsuitable condition will be accepted for exchange or return. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

-     Please email hello@mysilverwind.com to inform us of what items you would like to return. We have three return addresses currently (in UK, US and AU). We will then provide you with the details of where to send your returns to.

-     Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

-     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund within 7 days upon receiving the items.

 

-     Please check your size carefully and accurately before buying or you could send us an email (hello@mysilverwind.com) and we will recommend you the right size. If you choose the wrong size, we can offer a free exchange. However, we don't have a shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please return the items through your local post with the lowest cost available, but we would recommend a trackable shipping service, so we could track the package accordingly.
