Shipping policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide when your order over $70! 

 

- Processing time may take 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Then we use EMS to deliver your orders which usually takes 7 to 9 business days to Asia and 7 to 15 business days to the rest of the world (e.g. Europe, American, Australia etc). Please take note that this does not include weekends or holidays, and if your order is less than $70, there will be $6.99 delivery charge for the standard shipping worldwide. 

 

- If your order is over $70 and you want to have faster delivery, you could pay $7.99 for the fast shipping (DHL). Then it usually takes 2 to 4 business days to Asia and 3 to 5 business days to the rest of the world (e.g. Europe, American, Australia etc). Please take note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

 

- We cannot provide the exact delivery date of the package as there are many factors that can affect it. It primarily depends on how long the Customs in your country will process the package and how long your local post will deliver it to your doorstep. We can only provide an approximate delivery time as mentioned above.

 

- We ship from our partnered factories which are located in China to lower the overhead cost, so we can keep the low prices of the items that we are selling.

 

-  Please be aware that parcels may be subject to delays, additional taxes and duties at the port of entry to your country. Please do check that before Chisportate takes every effort to ensure quick and smooth delivery, but does not take responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Please ensure you are informed on what these could be on your purchase.
